Preferred Requirements:

• Supervise and lead warehouse team members during the packing shift
• Motivate and manage staff to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets based on KPIs
• Ensure all customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise workflow efficiency
• Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory or management experience (essential)
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, retail fulfilment, or similar operational environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
