Our client is an awarding winning architectural practice based, in north, County Galway.
They are seeking an Office Administrator or Office Manager to support the Company Director
and architectural team with general administration, reception, document management, tender and invoice processing, quality assurance record-keeping and tracking implementation of our environmental management plan.
Ideally candidates with an interest in sustainability or design, though this is not a requirement.
Full Time position available – with option for reduced hours should the candidate require (minimum 25 hours a week).
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
Support for upskilling and continuous professional development of all team members.
Candidate Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative supporting role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The full-time working hours during the week are structured to facilitate finishing at lunchtime on Fridays.
