About the Role:
Lead and deliver strategic digital transformation and innovation projects across all business units. As the in-house expert for data management and business systems, you’ll drive the adoption, optimization, and integration of new technologies to future-proof the company over the next 2-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives on time and within budget
- Oversee technology adoption (AI, automation, cloud), ensuring scalability and security
- Manage system implementation projects, including planning, testing, and user acceptance
- Drive change management and user adoption across teams
- Develop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with business leaders and external vendors for seamless integration
- Design and deliver user training and provide technical support
Requirements:
- 7+ years in digital transformation, IT leadership, or programme management
- Strong technical background in IT systems and data management
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Proven project management and change management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in digital transformation within SMEs or multi-brand organizations is a plus
