About the Role
We are seeking Speech and Language Therapists who are eligible for or hold AHPRA registration, have at least two years’ clinical experience, and are keen to work in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and therapy services across hospital, community, and outreach settings, supporting clients of all ages.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy programs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide outreach and telehealth services to rural and remote areas
- Participate in supervision, mentoring, and continuous professional development
Essential Criteria
- Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Pathology
- Currently hold AHPRA registration or eligible to apply
- Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience
- Eligible to move on a Working Holiday Visa
- Sound knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate and work in rural or regional Australia
