Role Purpose:
Deliver and assess ILM-accredited leadership and management modules to adult learners using online or blended learning methods, supporting learner success and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) modules to diverse groups via online platforms and/or, where required, in blended (face-to-face + online) formats.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and interactive activities appropriate for adult and workplace learners.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Monitor and record learner attendance, progress, and achievement according to programme requirements – reporting weekly
- Support learners with queries, guidance, and academic encouragement throughout their ILM programme
- Ensure all courses are delivered in accordance with centre and awarding body quality assurance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer, QQI, Level 6, or higher) is desirable.
- ILM or other relevant leadership/management certification an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering training to adults, preferably including online and blended methods.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong digital skills and proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Moodle).
- Commitment to inclusive practice and continuous professional development.
- Collaborative approach with ability to work as part of a remote or blended teaching team.
General:
- This is a part-time, flexible role. Hours may vary by programme enrolment and scheduling needs.
