Permanent | Part-Time | Sligo (with travel across Ireland as required)

As a Pitman Training Coach, you’ll play a key role in guiding students through their learning journey, managing course administration, and maintaining a professional and welcoming training space. If you’re passionate about education, organisation, and helping people succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and support Pitman Training students to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Manage student attendance, payments, and progress tracking.
- Provide student inductions and respond to queries professionally and promptly.
- Administer course logistics including exams, materials, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure training materials are up to date and available.
- Liaise with students to build strong relationships and support their success.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Senior Management, and other departments.
- Assist in planning, marketing, and maintaining the training centre environment.
- Promote the Pitman brand through events, social media, and professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and organisational policies.

What We’re Looking For
- Professional qualifications in Business or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in administration and sales.
- Familiarity with Pitman Training products is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
