- Monitoring & Troubleshooting Set up logging, metrics and alerts for production workflows; triage and resolve incidents, analyse failures and implement automated tests and monitoring to improve reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 – 3 years in an integration-focused role – building API connectors, ETL pipelines, middleware or iPaaS workflows.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or a similar language for custom logic in function nodes or serverless functions.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience: schema design, migrations, indexing and RLS policies in a managed environment.
- Hands-on with RESTful/GraphQL APIs: authentication flows, error-handling, pagination and retries.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code iPaaS platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) or eagerness to learn them quickly.
- Basic experience supporting CI/CD processes and writing IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Solid understanding of security best practices around authentication, authorization and secrets management.
- Excellent problem-solving: log analysis, root-cause diagnosis and building automated fixes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
