The Role:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to join our Galway-based Contingent Workforce (CWF) division — one of ICE Group’s most successful and strategic business units. In this role, you’ll lead high-volume recruitment delivery, guide team of recruiters, and ensure seamless client fulfilment across production, logistics, and industrial accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple national clients
- Coach, support and lead a team of recruiters through structured workflows and ISO-certified processes
- Partner with clients to ensure full headcount fulfilment and timely reporting
- Coordinate daily pipeline reviews, compliance checks, and onboarding activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment systems and service levels
- Represent CWF at client meetings, workforce planning calls, and internal performance reviews
What You Bring:
- A degree in HR, Business, Recruitment or a related discipline
- 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to high-volume or onsite models
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment standards and candidate compliance
- Excellent communication, reporting, and client engagement skills
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders
- Proficiency with ATS or CRM platforms (JobAdder experience is a bonus)
