About the Role:
We’re looking for a commercially minded Recruitment Manager to lead our CWF division. You’ll manage a high-performing recruitment team, own delivery for national clients, and drive fulfilment through strategic workforce planning and operational leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee high-volume fulfilment across major accounts
- Lead team operations, recruitment planning, and daily performance tracking
- Develop sourcing strategies and reporting via ATS/CRM tools
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to maintain SLA performance
- Partner with BD/Marketing to support client growth and pipeline health
- Develop internal talent through the CWF Academy and mentorship
You Bring:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in industrial or high-volume recruitment
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as HR, Business, Recruitment, or similar
- Track record of managing recruitment teams and client fulfilment
- Strong client-facing skills with a solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent organisational and reporting capabilities
- Comfortable with site visits, reporting reviews, and team coaching
