Are you a detail-driven professional with a flair for both administrative excellence and payroll precision? ICE Group is looking for a passionate Quality Assurance and Payroll Administrator to join our Contracted Training Services Business Unit.
About the Role
This is a dynamic dual-role that combines high-quality training administration with accurate payroll support. You’ll work closely with internal teams, tutors, learners, and external stakeholders to ensure our programmes run smoothly and our financial systems meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer training programme documentation including tutor packs, learner assessments, and induction materials.
- Coordinate payroll processes: ensuring accurate data input, managing updates, and resolving payroll queries.
- Liaise with tutors, ETB staff, learners, and subcontractors to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Support client bonus payments, social welfare form completion, and other payroll-related responsibilities.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure all financial admin aligns with best practices and compliance.
- Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track course performance and financial data.
What You Bring
- Qualification in Business, Administration, Teaching, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of training administration and payroll processes in Ireland (experience with Irish taxation is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
