About the Role:
Are you passionate about Human Resources and Recruitment? Do you thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment? We’re seeking an organised and focused HR Generalist to join our ICE Group, Pioneers of the 4 Day week. In this role, you will:
- Facilitate new hire inductions and manage onboarding processes.
- Handle payroll, leave queries, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from CV screening to offers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service and drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications and Knowledge
- 3rd Level Qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in Employment Legislation and CPD.
- Advanced user of MS Office and Teams
- Full clean driver’s license.
Skills and Experience
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Efficient at prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem Solving: Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
