About the Role:
As an HR Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations. From managing employee records to supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, your expertise will help us ensure a seamless and efficient HR function within ICE Group the Pioneers of the 4 Day Week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring all employee data is accurate and timely.
- Handle employee queries and provide first-line support on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Organize and manage training schedules, employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- 3rd Level Qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in Employment Legislation and CPD.
- Advanced user of MS Office and Teams
- Full clean driver’s license.
Skills/ Experience:
- Experience: At least 1 years experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and basic employment law.
- Qualities: Extreme Attention to Detail.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
