About the Role:
As a Pitman Course Sales Advisor, you will be at the fore front of driving sales and managing leads for future students looking to develop their skills. You will be working for one of our client companies to Inspire, Achieve and Thrive through advising Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales and Profitability by Promoting Pitman Training Courses.
- Dealing with Customer Queries/ Leads, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost student engagement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase course enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of course bookings, payments and student information.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful course completion.
Skills and Experience:
- 3rd Level Qualification in Sales, Business or Marketing.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience is advantageous.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational Skills.
