About Us: ICE Group is a leader in providing comprehensive recruitment services, we are also the pioneers of bringing the 4-day work week to the west of Ireland. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our team in Galway on a temporary basis.
 
Job Description: As a Recruitment Officer at ICE Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting all areas within our client’s services. You will be responsible for coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely and quality services, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and fulfilling all stages of the recruitment processes. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Collaborate: Work closely with recruiters and internal teams to ensure timely and quality service to clients.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Take full ownership of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and arranging placements.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough CV reviews, desk screenings, phone interviews, and in-depth assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Interviewing: Lead phone and in-person interviews, demonstrating keen judgment and insight into candidate potential.
  • GDPR Compliance: Diligently maintain daily records of recruitment activities, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance the recruitment process aligned with our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation

Qualifications:

  • Level 7 Qualification or equivalent in Business, or related discipline.
  • Relevant work experience in recruitment or administration.

Functional Skills:

  • Communication Skills – Written and Verbal
  • Ability to Multitask, prioritise also proven problem-solving skills
  • Recruiter Experience – conduct interviews, screening and reference check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
