About the Role:
As an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Advisor you will be the representative for Pitman Training in Galway within ICE Group, the Pioneers of the 4 Day Work Week. Within this role you will be responsible for driving course enrolments, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets. Your role will blend relationship-building, innovative marketing and hands on guidance to empower students on their learning journey!
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales and Profitability by Promoting Pitman Training Courses.
- Dealing with Customer Queries/ Leads, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost student engagement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase course enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of course bookings, payments and student information.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful course completion.
Skills and Experience:
- 3rd Level Qualification in Sales, Business or Marketing.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience is advantageous.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational Skills.
