Are you looking for a temporary role to boost your skills and experience during the busiest months of the year? Join our dynamic, fast-paced team as an Office Administrator for a period of 4 to 12 weeks and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders over the phone and through a web system
- Handling customer queries with professionalism
- Inputting orders and invoices accurately
- Managing deliveries and coordinating with drivers
- Utilizing our web systems to manage orders efficiently
- You’ll be 1 of 2 people in the office, so your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment and handling tasks with precision.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Every second Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (paid at time and a half)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 years work experience as an administrator, clerical officer or receptionist.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in web-based order systems and invoice processing (training can be provided)
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with high volumes of calls daily
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate (€14.50 – €15.50 per hour)
- Time and a half pay on Saturdays
