We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in Athlone.
 
This role provide key support to customers and external sales representative in terms of managing customer interactions and administrative duties and requires a highly organised individual who can efficiently handle a variety of tasks including communication, scheduling etc.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Building relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Understand customer needs accurately and direct them to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance if required.
  • Handle all administrative duties, including documentation, scheduling call off orders, deliveries and maintaining accurate stock reports.
  • Assist the quality department with claim processing.
  • Monitor and oversee transport timeline schedules in conjunction with the logistics department.
  • Liaise with the onsite departments i.e., technical, R&D, colour laboratory to provide the customer with product information and to assist in resolving any issue that may arise.
  • Offer sales support to the external sales team in terms of monitoring existing customers and developing opportunities for new customers together with continuously acquiring knowledge about our products to effectively resolve basis enquiries.
  • Maintenance of various reports relevant to the department.
  • Support marketing initiatives and assist with promotional activities as required.
  • General administration duties as required.

 
Candidate Profile 

  • Fluency in the Polish language essential and any additional Eastern European language would be of benefit but not necessary together with a good standard of both spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
  • The successful candidate would ideally have a qualification in Business or a related discipline together with at least 2+ years of experience in customer service with prior roles that included administrative and financial responsibilities.
  • Experience of the above within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in PC Software, Microsoft 365, especially Excel and familiarisation of CRM Systems.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
