About the Role: As a Training and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our organization, acting as both a sales professional and a training coach. You will be responsible for identifying student needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our training products. Your goal will be to inspire prospective students with a clear vision and purpose, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess student needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students.
- Promote and sell Pitman Training products.
- Act as a training coach, guiding students through their educational journey.
- Maintain high professional standards in all interactions and tasks.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge/Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in using computers within an office environment.
- Extensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Previous sales experience.
- Familiarity with Pitman Training is advantageous
Functional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and inspiring prospective students.
- Enthusiastic and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
