Job Summary:
Do you have a passion for precision and a knack for numbers? As the CTS Invoicing Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our invoicing operations within the Contracted Training department. Dive deep into the world of numbers and ensure every invoice is not just accurate, but a testament to our commitment to excellence!

Responsibilities:

  • Take the helm in coordinating and managing the entire invoicing process, from start to finish, ensuring each invoice is a masterpiece of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Harness the power of spreadsheets and cutting-edge software to meticulously track, analyse, and optimize our invoicing data, unlocking insights that drive our success.
  • Be the go-to guru for all invoicing-related matters, serving as a trusted advisor to both our team members and clients, and ensuring every inquiry is met with professionalism and expertise.
  • Lead by example in executing invoicing-related projects and tasks with efficiency and finesse, delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our finance department to provide invaluable support and contribute to our overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is your ticket to this thrilling adventure.
  • Experience: Previous experience in invoicing or financial coordination roles is highly desirable, but if you’re a numbers whiz with a hunger to learn, we want to hear from you!
  • Skills: From mastering spreadsheets to communicating with clarity and confidence, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make invoicing their passion and our success their priority.
  • Certifications/Licenses: If you’re armed with an accounting technician qualification or are on the path to becoming a certified financial wizard, we’d love to welcome you aboard!
