We are currently recruiting a Front of House Administrator for a student accommodation in Sligo. You will be the first point of contact for residents and will play an important role in the daily administrative tasks required to run the facility efficiently. You will work closely with the Managing Director of the company to ensure that the accommodation operates smoothly and provides an excellent living experience for the residents.


  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle inquiries, manage the booking system, and assist prospective residents in the application process.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate information to residents and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Assist residents with requests, such as maintenance issues, package deliveries, and general queries.
  • Monitor access to the accommodation, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the premises. Implement security protocols as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director on occupancy rates, resident feedback, and any operational issues
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and coordinate orders as necessary.
  • Communicate with other staff members, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.


  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Winter hours (September 1 to April 30)

Monday to Thursday – 12 noon to 9pm (with a 45-minute paid break).

Friday – 10am to 3pm (with a 15-minute paid break)

Sunday – 5pm to 10pm (with a 15-minute paid break).

Summer hours (May 1 to August 31)

9.30am to 6pm – 5 out of every 7 days
