This Sales Office Executive role is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Chanelle Pharma.
We are looking for a Sales Office Executive to support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming orders and customer queries promptly.
- Process orders efficiently and resolve any issues.
- Supervise area sales managers under your purview.
- Manage cash sales for pet & vet sales, ensuring accurate account balancing.
- Handle computer fee invoicing and direct invoicing for customers.
- Responsible for invoicing vet goods sent directly to customers.
- Provide support in other areas of the sales office as needed.
- Process claims against freight agents, collaborating to resolve issues and ensure timely payment.
- Maintain and update monthly price lists for customers.
- Release backorders and web orders as requested, especially during team members’ holidays.
- Prepare and email reports to management.

Qualifications:
- Desirable 3rd level qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage
Work Environment:
- Office based, Oranmore, Co. Galway
- The Sales Office Executive will report to the veterinary sales office manager based in Oranmore
