We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator.
*Specified purpose role*
The job will provide fantastic opportunity to work with some of the most innovative local companies in Galway and the leading organizations in Ireland who provide cutting-edge solutions.
The Finance administrator would support all accounting processes within ICE Group Businesses from PO's and invoicing to monthly reconciliations.
This role is for contract ,specific purpose for approx. 6 months.
Knowledge and qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Finance or accounts. Pitman Training Financial diploma or equivalent work experience.
Main Duties:
- Processing of purchase/sales invoices and update sales reports on company systems – ARLO & Accounts IQ
- Dealing with accounts payable / debtors and creditors.
- Filing & Preparation of VAT Returns for organisation
- Financial reporting monthly to management with up-to-date P&L and forecasts
- Pricing products with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist with preparation for company audits
- Respond to any client queries by phone and email.
- Supporting general clerical activity
- Taking part in projects set by the finance director.
