Are you an experienced administrator or are you searching for a career in administration? We have excellent opportunities here @ ICE Group for you! The purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage the administration of the ICE Group CTS (Contracted training services) business unit based in Galway . These roles are designed for individuals with proficient organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge/qualifications:
- Qualifications in administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Pitman Training qualification desired.
- Comprehensive knowledge of training administration systems.
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office to complete this role (Word & Excel).
- Strong IT skills as you will be setting up video appointment.
- 1 Years’ Previous work experience.
- Full clean drivers license.
Functional skills
- Excellent interpersonal and strong effective communication skills.
- Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters, to multi task and achieve deadlines.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to make effective judgements on available data.
- Problem solving.
- Influence individuals.
- Impervious attention to detail.
