Accounts Payable Assistant
Located in Kilcolgan, Co Galway
Permanent position due to increase in business
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coding and entering supplier invoices in a high volume environment
- Approving Stg and Euro supplier invoices for payment in a high volume environment.
- Entering data on excel spreadsheet.
- Providing cover for annual leave.
- General administration and support to the accounts payable team
The ideal candidate will work as part of a busy team, be motivated, reliable and hard working.
Must be good with numbers and have excellent attention to detail.
Must be a strong team player who is willing to take ownership of the role.
Available to commence asap.
