Registered Nurse – Mental Health Murrumbidgee Local Healh District
Murrumbidgee Local Health District are recruiting for Registered Nurses with Mental Health experience to join their busy team. MLHD operates 33 public hospitals, 12 community health centres, employs over 3,800 staff and is supported by 33 Local Health Advisory Committees and hundreds of volunteers.
The Location
Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) spans 125,243 square kilometres across southern New South Wales, stretching from the Snowy Mountains in the east to the plains of Hillston in the northwest and all the way along the Victorian border.
MLHD has over 5,000 healthcare staff working across 33 hospitals and 12 community healthcare centres and is supported by hundreds of volunteers who make an invaluable contribution to enriching the lives of people in the area.
The services are provided through:
- 1 Rural Referral Hospital
- 1 Base Hospital
- 8 District Hospitals
- 5 Community Hospitals
- 16 Multipurpose Services
- 2 Mercy Care Public Hospitals
- 12 Community Health posts
- 1 Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service
- Mental Health Services, including an Inpatient Unit and Mental Health Recovery Services.
Generous Relocation Package offered to all Murrumbidgee LHD Candidates
Murrumbidgee Local Health District are offering the PR186 Direct Entry visa along with a package of up to $25,000 total for Relocation, Settlement and Career Development.
This includes:
Relocation (up to 10,000 AUD)
- Relocation costs: candidate and their immediate family unit.
- Cost of visas
Settlement (up to 10,000 AUD)
- Accommodation
- Provision of rental assistance Introduction to salary packaging School fees
- Rental/mortgage
Further Education and Career Development (up to 5,000 AUD)
They are also offering TSS 482 Visas with a relocation package of up to $10,000 and Working Holiday Visas.
Eligibility
- At least 3 years experience post registration
- For placements in specialty areas such as ICU, Emergency, Perioperative
Services, NICU, MHDA and Dialysis Agency Staff are expected to have a
minimum of 12 months recent experience in their specialty area. - Must have APHRA, NMBI or NMC Registration
