Our client, a Global Manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Associate to join their team. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the company's HR department, particularly in the areas of compensation and benefits, payroll, systems, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the following areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including researching, analysing, and recommending changes to salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payments to employees, while also ensuring compliance with legislation
- Utilize HR systems and software to manage employee data, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote employee engagement, retention, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits, payroll, systems, or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
