Registered Nurse at Armidale Hospital – Medical / Surgical, with Emergency Department experience.

- With a population of 24,500, it is a rural Rural Referral Hospital (50-100 beds)
- University town in New England – beautiful location, halfway between Brisbane and Sydney.
- New building completed in 2018 ($60m redevelopment)
- 24 hour ED, Medical / Surgical, Obstetrics, Paediatrics and Geriatrics, as well as outpatient clinics.
- 16,175 patient presentations in 2018 and 428 babies born in 2018
Requirements for the Role:
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience as an RN, ideally with some ED experience.
- AHPRA registration, and experience working within the UK or Irish Healthcare Systems.
Working in the Rural locations allows Nurses the opportunity to flex their clinical muscles, working with a diverse and varied patient cohort, having the full support of larger hospitals when required. Great learning, and career development opportunities in these locations.
